The fastest messages say which device you used, which path failed, whether you were on the public website, the account app, or your own server, and what happened immediately before the problem.

What to include

Four details that make support faster

  • Platform: iPhone, Android, Windows, macOS, or local server host.
  • Path: pairing, Browser proxy, notes, frontends, chat, voice, or account app.
  • Server context: your own AutoYou computer or the hosted account surface.
  • Last action: what you tapped, scanned, or sent immediately before the issue.
